Pat McKrill from Snake Country CC recently conducted Snake Awareness Training for the Fountainhill Estate staff. The purpose of the training was to educate staff and interested parties about snakes and their role in our eco systems, and reduce some of the unfounded fears of the animal.. Pat McKrill covered the basics on snakes as well as snake-encounter safety protocols, and in the event of an unfortunate bite by a snake, in-field safety measures required prior to hospitalization.
